After going through this persons threads I've found many(5+ threads) where he's selling the exact same accounts. At first, I was just thinking maybe he didn't sell it. I did some further investigation(viewing all the posts in each, etc) and found out he's sold the account many times, but still creating new threads to sell it.

Thread 1: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=452871 - No proof it was sold here, but as you can see he's selling the accounts "Oh" and "Icy" here.

Thread 2: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=458961 - Nearly two weeks later, the same accounts are up for sale. Obviously, no proof he sold them was provided, but it's suspicious he didn't just bump his thread.

Thread 3: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=462198 - Yet again, selling this account "Oh", except this time, the account is sold successfully(http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=3668090&postcount=64, though later on in the thread he mentions the account swap he did with Icy was recovered, so he recovered his. Nothing about Oh was ever mentioned)

Thread 4: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=484305 - Selling "Oh" again just a short time later, but this time with some BS about how it was recovered and he refunded his money blahblah, and he sells the account again(http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=4016025&postcount=17).

Thread 5: http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=502168 - A short month later and he's yet again, selling the account "Oh." He has no excuse this time other than the fact that he wants to scam and make more money.

At least I believe this deserves a TWC, but in my mind, and with the threads I posted, he's a scammer and should be permanently banned from Sythe.org. Thanks for taking the time to read this and I hope the right decision is made.

 

So in all of those cases he claimed the other account got recovered? If so, there's no proof that he ever scammed anyone.

 

No no. He sells the account on thread 3. On thread 4, he claims he gave a refund to the guy on thread 3 and then sells the account once more on thread 4. On thread 5 he's selling the account AGAIN with no excuse/reason why he has it, considering he sold it on thread 4 - he should not have the account.

 

Thread 4 (http://www.sythe.org/showpost.php?p=4016025&postcount=17) was posted on the 18th and thread 5 was posted on the 10th, so it doesn't appear that he's reselling without an explanation.

 

I had a lot on my plate with all those threads opened and guess I forgot to check the dates on the last threads, what a fool I am. I'm terribly sorry for wasting your time, Skele.
