They somehow used a glitch in the system that allows them to recover old, inactive accounts. Some of them recover it, some of them buy their '05 account.

Just report them and they'll be dealt with.

 

It concerns people hacking old sythe accounts to seem trustworthy and scam in the community.

How exactly are staff able to tell whether these are 'recovered'?

 

Some stupid members trust those members with really old join dates and think they're trustworthy. Those people who recover old accounts also steal those accounts.

 

They match the registration IP address with the latest post IP address

 

It's not hard to believe that in 5 years someone could have moved..

 

As previous people have already stated, yes there is a glitch to recover the accounts.

You, have no idea what you are talking about. Don't post useless spam, as well as ruining members reputation. Syed is one on the upper side of the more trusted members on Sythe.
