Will cost quite a bit in supplies, but you can definately get one considering your defense is over 70

Judging from your post you don't seem very experienced.

 

This. Experience is vital to getting a firecape, if you keep failing then just keep at it and you will eventually get it.

You have the stat req's but make sure you use a guide on what armours to wear ect. A video of taking Jad/Prayer switching would be useful too (You might be able to find one on youtube)

Too easy. People can get em' on 1Defence which is pretty hard.

I mean your level would easily get it.
