Well I suppose an exception should be made if it was barely anything scammed and he paid him back.

I think the rules should stand for every one doesn't matter who you are.

He scammed/ban evaded, If a person who was less known and less trsuted they wouldn't even been looked at, they would just get an instant NO!

If the rules can change for him Then the person who Scams next should also get way with it?
