Slayer Helmet..

What do I use my Black Mask with to make the helmet? I think it's something like the nosepeg and the earmuffs or something.

 

nose peg, earmuffs, facemask and a spiny helmet

^ think thats all

 

Are there any requirements to do so?

 

Smoking Kills quest needs to be done and you can buy 'how to learn to make a slayer helmet' from a Slayer Master once you've completed the quest and obtained enough points.

Points can be obtained by completing slayer tasks.

 

you gotta have 50 or 55 crafting and buy the ability to make the mask for 400 slayer points off a slayer master.

ALSO make sure you have an uncharged black mask because one with charges doesn't work.

 

I also think you need a certain crafting level (think its 60 or 65) aswell as completed the quest which has already been mentioned in the previous post.
