    are rock crabs the best traning place for a 1 defence pure? if not wherelse can i bot that gives more xp per hour?

    Try soul wars ...? Best place for combat.

    And you can bot for days and bot not going to stop/glitch out.

    Experiments, i was there on my 1 def pure and i just got 99 str today
