It looks as if they're only a few effects with a color burned text on top of it. Don't color burn. It only ruins signatures. It's good, but not exactly for this type of project. If you're going to make that, please, just don't color burn. Get text that would flow with the effects. I tend to use more simple texts that don't interact with the flow. So that way, you won't be distracted from the focal whatsoever.

 

I dont like my text sticking out of the background, i like it going through the background

 

They seem rather large for signatures, are they banners?

 

Just a bit too much contrast really, and the colours/effects are a bit all over the place. Try working with a cleaner compo, no need to complicate things so much
