    hey guys, thanks for your time. i noticed earlier that i cannot send money from my paypal to someone else without hooking it up to a credit card or bank account. is there any way i can get around that?

    You can buy a gift card from 7-11 for $20 or so and that will fix it all up.

    If you would like to send and receive money without using the options listed above, you can Make a Canadian or Australian account which allows you to receives and send money for free.
