being on any forums isnt ban worthy, but it seemed pretty obvious that he had a keylogger, and was asking how to spread it effectively...

 

All you have to do is use google.

Someone may have suspected him of something, someone may have gone through hackforums and came up with that, told a friend or two, and that spread.

Who knows how it happened exactly, but the point is that it happens easily

 

i don't think it's normal you're just hanging around in a keylogger section if you don't have any plans with it, yet i know it's not illegal.

 

No I am saying I agree with his ban, simply because it is obvious he was looking for instruction on how to use it.

 

I have a keylogger, do something.

 

There's no harm in just looking at things now, is there? We have conclusive proof that he wasn't just looking.

If theres proof of him asking how to spread it effectively then clearly he had the intention in doing so .

 

I have my degree in Networking....they show us alot of shit in college that normal people don't need to see. The difference is we use it for security ypurposes and had to give it all back to the college also.

 

Keyloggers can be helpful sometimes.
