Admin power abuse.

This is for Finn.

Basically, he abuses his admin powers on tinychat.com/sytheofficial

As soon as I enter the room, he bans me. I joined just earlier, and not even two minutes later I get kicked and banned. The last and only thing he said to me just moments ago was "Matt was just leaving," and a ban immediately following after.

The scenario here is, drdeath says "someone get off cam..." and Finn responds to him "matt was just leaving." When, obviously, I had no intentions to leave. Only thing I said the entire one minute of being in there was "hey"





Why? No idea. Can we ask him? My guess is he just plain doesn't like me. Pretty much it. He has a problem with me, and instead of working it out by talking to me about it, he simply bans me and gives no chance for communication. Pretty mature for an admin, right?

I suggest de-opping him just from tinychat, until he learns when to use the ban commands. Not for personal reasons, but for ADMIN reasons.

Has anyone else been unfairly treated by Finn on tinychat? Now's your chance. Hopefully Finn doesn't delete this thread and ban me.

Also, he doesn't know you. If you aren't a regular user then how is he to know you're not from 4chan or a random person? That is not abuse of power, it is getting rid of people we don't want in there, and you hit that filter one time because you're new.

I highly disagree with banning new people, however they need to make their presence known when they enter for one, and for two they need to acknowledge they are from sythe.org.


If not, you will be banned. We are at a war with 4chan basically as we are pretty much their favorite tinychat to harass. That arises problems for new users, yes..But there are ways of getting around that and if you don't want to use them then don't.

 

Okay but thing is, I AM a regular user. I have been visiting that chat for the past 5+ days, regularly. He has banned me the very first day he seen me, he knows who I am and he knows people in there know me too. I'm not a random. He know's that.

The first day I entered I told everyone who I was, and linked them to my introduction thread. I can have vouches for me if need it be.

See look, already two regular users of Sythe testifying to being banned on from TinyChat for no reason. There's obviously a problem going on.

 

Tinychat isn't affiliated with Sythe.org at all, and so this isn't an appropriate place for your complaints. If you'd like to come to personally and apologise, you may do so. Moreover, if you expect to be allowed in that room, I do not expect to be perpetually insulted.

 

You have like 5 seconds to make it clear you're from sythe, otherwise you'll get fucked.
