Wtf?

My postcount isn't moving and I can't use the tags at the top of my edit box thingy (like the shortcut for adding images and centering text).

 

im 12 yrs old n wut iz dis?

 

Working on this PC. I guess I should clear the cache on the other...

Edit: Posts still stays at 16 though...
