Paypal Money for Interac/MoneyBookers

I don't think this is allowed so if it isn't please remove it.

I am looking for someone to either have money in their moneybookers account or the Canadian bank that has interac enabled. I am looking to trade my money in paypal for one of these because the bank declined to make me a new account for my paypal account so yeah.

I am looking to trade $40 paypal for $35 interac or moneybookers.
