Wtf Red Partyhats!

Well look at the picture bellow, red party hats had very small rises compared to what it was having befor, does any one know why this happened? are they obtainable in ge atm? and is this a start of them stabilising?
because im confused!

 

If they update less frequently, it means that less of them are sold in the GE, meaning that they are more bought out now than they previously were.

 

yea i understand if they didnt update al all, but look at the graph they did update but only very very small updates.

 

Off but: 411M FOR A RED NOWADAYS GOD DAMN?????

 

Only one way to find out:

Go to the rare forums and see if everyone with a red partyhat is running around screaming trying to get rid of it. Lol!

 

No people on the partyhat discussion on forums were saying that it was buyable on ge for under max. And it updates more frequently if more are sold in ge. Who knows though.

That makes more sense even though it doesn't at all lol. Just probably a fluke like I said in another thread.

 

It only rises when people sell them, so if it's going up less then it means nobody is selling them.

 

Rofl, REALLY no, i am pretty sure noone sells wine in ge but they still rise ...?

It's must be a glitch / or just jagex screwing everyone over =).
