Were to train with red chins?

Okay so I know red chins is the fastest xp, but were do I train?

 

Dungeon in monkey madness with prayer pots, or chaos tunnels. Look up a guide on youtube.

 

Under Ape toll at the Skeletons, there is about 6 or 7 of them, they have high HP.
Or at the monkey guards on ape toll.

 

DO I need to do any quests to go to those places? also does ava help save chins?

 

Yes you need to complete Monkey Madness, and no ava does not save any chins, nothing does, same with Karil's Bolt Racks

 

Never thought of this, although it would take much much longer, then the methods i mentioned. So it makes it slow he wants to know how to get FAST exp

 

Ape atoll dungeon is very good xp.

 

Anywere else that dosnt include having to do mm, that is good xp.

 

Chaos tunnel ncyrhels or whatever. Also drop charms and anceint staffs.
