well simple story is this:

i looked on his thread, thought it was cheap, posted. then added him on MSN. conversated with him about the method and what not. i sent him the money as a paypal gift. for some reason he said that he will refund me back the money then ill send it back to him as a good and then dispute and close it. then i did that. then he just took forever to do. making up excuses saying his method has been pactched and he wants to get onto my account because itll be faster or what not. and i refused, then i asked for a refund. then he said okay. then waited. never got it. and he kept saying oh im doing a xfer right now and i said okay and waited some more. and never got it. so here i am now

is there a way for me to receive my $45 back from him after the dispute and close thing on paypal? i believe its the claim and cancel method shit
