My Sig

Not sure if this is the right Forum or not, but how do i have a custom sig (picture) and link it so when its clicked it goes to my vouches thread?

i copied and pasted exactly what u said, then replaced the parts with my url's and it just went all wrong from there lol
im novice at all this :S
