Deadly Serious is a scammer ! Scammed my account.

I bought an account of deadly serious , way back in january.
Obby mauler i bought it while the stats were low.
when i 1st bought it i thought i wouldnt of had this happen to me because he seemed trusted.

Here's the vouch.

Ok the account had like 70 strength,

I trained the account so high getting it 99 strength 55 slayer etc maxing it out.
2 Weeks later the account was hacked this was late may, The account was locked.This is very frustrating for me i trained the account very very very hard.

Only me and him know the account details.

I'm 100% sure i wasn't keylogged or nothing because all my other accounts are perfectly fine.

So before i was able to unlock it with my info i kept messaging him to tell him that the account was locked if he could help me . The password changed. I left it for a few weeks because i wasnt really bothered about runescape.

Ok carrying on i then told him recently.
I want my account back, the info i put in is not working his ip was the created one, so there's a possibility he emailed jagex saying only his ip to recover or something , however his response was some one must of hacked it ,2 days ago i asked him to recover it and said he'll recover it. He gave me tracker.Wouldnt give me password because apparently he uses the password for all his accounts.. So i was like fair enough .he said he'l tell me the password in the morning.
I waited i had to send him like 5 messages until he eventually replied.
And he said the guy recovered it.

Which i dont believe mabye if i had the password in the mean time it wouldnt of happened.

Ok so now. He wouldnt recover the account. And is saying the account wont let him recover he's the only guy who knows the details hes lieing he should be banned i have many accounts which are not recovered just that 1 i bought. has been by him.

Im very frustrated i maxed this account he's probally changed it.

if you need more info ill try and put, he hacked the account he recovered it the tracker was accepted and he says that someone has hacked it. he has scammed me. im 100% certain about it ill post more inboxes crap he sent me later but im sure he did he's very sad doesnt know how much time and effort i put into the account.

he seems to know that the account has a twin before i even asked him and bout adventure log not showing and he wasnt suppose to know runescape name because it got changed i know he's the scammer.

 

I pmed him for a response. If he does not get back to you/me in 2 days, please remind me to ban him.
