I've created several accounts, all have been limited, they've advised me not to make any new accounts (lol)

Anyway, I obviously can't use legit information because they have my info saved and will watch out for it if i make a new one, but what do i need to change to be able to make like an australian one which has a high spending limit without having to get it verified?

Do I need to change my IP?
My Computer? Someone told me they watch out for computer ID's also

    Any help appreciated, thanks

What I've read on forums is that..
To prevent from gettin a limitation again is to not use the same IP when making the account..

Best way I guess is to ask a familymember that lives in another country/far far away from you to make an account to you :)

Edit: You could allways verify yourself by sending identification and verification of your adress - and once the limitation is gone and you send the money to bank.
Close the account, and remake it.. And start over again till you get limitation again ^^

It got limited, I verified it, then they said it's staying limited for 180 days due to suspicious activity, and we have to hold the money for 180 days incase anyone charges back

You're obviously up to something dodgy like scamming for example; but I'm not here to accuse. You can just go to the bank and apply for a new account. They'll send you a new card which you'll be able to register to a new account.

I have not scammed no one, I've never had any chargebacks on PayPal.

I was unverified, I did alot of transactions in one day (about $600 worth) Which I believe led to it being limited. They asked me my passport ID before they can unlimit it, which I sent in, I'm 16, you have to be 18, so they permanently limited that account. Since then , I've been able to make a proper PayPal

Alot of middlemen use this idea: Making an Australian Paypal.

First off, you can just BS the information (as long as your not planning to harm/scam anyone) and just use it normally. Although it may still get limited due to it being flagged with the same IP.

I'd suggest having a friend buy a VPN for you and you can use the VPN to log onto your Paypal each time you need it.

That's just my 2 cents, and if you need any help, let me know.
