Too get in shape, your going to want to run long distance twice a week and sprints 3 times a week. Heres a good plan.

    Monday: WeightLift- Biceps & Chest - 100 Yard Sprints X 4 -
    Tuesday: 2 Mile Run
Wednsday: Weightlift- Legs & Lower Back- 100 yard Sprints X 4
    Thursday: 3 Mile Run
    Friday: Weightlift- Back & Triceps - 100 Yard Springs X 6
    Saturday: Rest
    Sunday: Rest

Then repeat. You need to hyrdate over the weekend and before workouts. Excersizing is the best way to get in shape.

You are also going to have to work on Abs every day.

    3 Sets of 25 Crunches
3 Sets of 15 Leg Raises
3 Sets of one minute Planks

You should do the Abs after Lifting and Running, since the running will burn calories so the Abs can turn it into Muscle.

Some good Bicep excersizes are Pushups, dumbell curls, Military Press, and Bench Press.

Some good Leg excersizes are Lungees, Squats, Bench Squat, Leg Raises, Calf Raises, and Dead Lift.

Some good Tricep excersizes are Dips.

Some good Back excersizes are Dead Lift, Power Press, and Power Cleans.

I hope your conditoning is a sucess. Thankyou for reading my guide.

How To Condition and Get into Shape

You could go into some more detail about healthy eating, perhaps the different types of nutrients and that your diet should be balanced between them. Although this is common sense, it would be good to include. It's also recommended that you rest in between workouts, for a minimum of 24 hours, to give your muscles time to repair and grow larger (the whole point of exercise). So instead of having small workouts daily, and a weekend break, perhaps you could fit more into a daily workout and then rest for 24 hours to repair and then repeat, only this time intensify it or do it for a longer period of time.
