    Not sure but I was getting 15k/hr with fire runes, no pouches, just ring of duelling method

    depends what lvl you are and how many you can multi craft

    Lol If you knew anything about runecrafting youd know that multi runes only effects how much runes you get not the ammount of exp.

    Anyways if you use the ring of dueling method fire runes are faster exp. If you are only free to play, air runes are faster exp.

    Using the ring of duelling fire runes are faster xp. If not, air runes are faster.

    Fire runes are the best option to train with until you can do natures/ZMI
