Incomplete order

I'm here to report "rsbot135"([email protected]), for accepting an account training order and not completing the order, refunding me, or even responding to me. I believe that he has blocked me on MSN due to him not signing on or messaging me at any time in the past week, and not letting me know of any time he was going to spend away from the computer. He has also not responded to my post on his thread.
