I plan on getting I think 99 de on my lvl 3 skiller.

(Goal stats - 99 hunter / 99 mining / 99 de?)

So of course I bot everything I do on rs, and was wondering: Can I do soul wars on a level 3 account? With all stats 1

Also should I get 99 de or some other combat stat. Post reasons I will have about 60 mil to spend

 

I believe you can use bandages, which allows level 3 to do soulwars.

Yes because you are a lower level. Thus, people will suspect you are botting. Also, you will be providing bandages to other players and will not be talking, which would further support the idea that you have a higher chance of a ban. If you have 60m on a level 3, I'd bot up 2k zeals or so and get 99 Hp. IMO, those are sick or get 99 range. I have never seen a lvl 25 with 99 range.

 

If you bot in w44, there's little chance you will be banned, even if you are lvl 3 .

Use bandages, in w44 .
People wouldn't bother report ; It's a full world, so they wouldn't pay much attention to you & It's in the middle of combat .

 

It's because 99 range, 10 hp is combat 50.

Yes, you most definitely can. Click the "Bandaging Players" option on the bot.

 

damn 99 range at 50cb is ownage

and yeah bandaging is thebest so you dont gain xp,

exp you got a 5x better chance of getting banned.
