Money is held in escrow while item is being shipped. Money gets released to buyer when the buyer chooses to release funds. If money isn't released two days after delivery, money gets automatically released to buyer. If buyer never receives the item, they can file a report and get their money back.

If you looked into the actual statements written in the F&Q on the site you'll see that a report has to be filed and if the buyer does not respond in 2 days funds get released to seller.
