Well you should buy it because if your going for 99mining by the time you get 99 the price would of risen again.

This is true, but sometimes items crash and never go back up to what they were at one time.

What's your mining level, I assume its fairly high :O.

Secondly, what do you plan on mining?

86. Will be 87 in about 40 minutes.

For now, coal, iron, mith, and addy, then I will step up to rune one day.

Went down another 140k yesterday and like 250k today

just buy it for now and if its dropping heavily within a short time span then sell it straight away

It won't crash, and if it does..not that bad.

It's been around the prices 12M - 15M and keeps bouncing around, so...you're safe.

Buy it, if it does crash 2 hard you will make the money back, and it's not like the price is high enough that if i did crash dramatically you would lose a lot, imo anyways.
