    Hello, my Paypal is limited and it has been 180 days since the incident happened. This means I can withdraw funds. Unfortunately it says I cannot send funds. I created the account with fake information (John Smith) and I was wondering what I could do. It has 12 USD on it and I would like to get some pins... any help would be greatly appreciated and I would pay whoever can help me fix it some money. =P

    add a prepaid credit card to it, thats what i did on one of my accounts
