    Hey, my Paypal account is limited. It has been 180 days since they locked it and as such I can now withdraw funds from the account. Unfortunately I cannot send funds from the Paypal account. I created the account with a fake name (John Smith) and I was wondering if anyone could help me to be able to send money from it (I would pay you with the cash). Thanks!

    Your best bet is to call paypal.

    This is commonly the solution to most problems on PayPal other than charge backs, I hope your 18 I'm not sure what age paypal requires but I would assume 18 give them a call and confirm all they ask you then you won't be limited.

    Send them a properly written email.
    I have heard of people getting it unlimited.

    Also, if you created it using a fake names, chances are most of the other info is also fake so it'll be near impossible to unlimit it.
