Banned on Amsunday

First off, I would like to thank you for giving your time to read this; as I know Sythe' Staff is rather busy.

Now, this is the report by a fellow Sythe user that got me banned.

"Cocky prick. First he sells R2's guide. Then he accuses me of telling him to leak R2's guide. And now he is simply spamming my inbox after I specifically told him not to."

First of all, I did not sell R2's guide. I had no idea that it was his at the time I made a thread; I simply found out the method like most other users do and tried swapping it for another guide in the Guide section. After I made the thread, Plznate asked me "is it the one we discussed over PM, or does it actually work?". He did NOT say that it was leaked at the time, nor did I think that it was.

This is when we started talking in private chat, as you would see in his report. He eventually stated that the Xfer method I found was 'Leaked' and I would get in trouble for selling it. He nagged on about how it was leaked, so I edited my threads so I would not get in trouble for selling a leaked guide. I later decided that since I was told it was a leaked guide by a higher rank on sythe, I went ahead and released it to the sythe community thinking that it would help everyone out; because he had told me it was "LEAKED".

After posting it, I had gotten PMs telling me to please remove it, etc.-- showing that it was NOT infact leaked. So after A HUGE misunderstanding, Alteranz helped me out to get the threads deleted.

I did not accuse PlzNate of telling me to leak a guide. I simply said that I had posted the guide that he told me was "Leaked", so I saw no harm in posting a leaked guide whenever I was helping the community out.

Please, I care about my account here very much; and I hope you see that this was a huge misunderstanding. I did not sell a guide for ANY profit, nor did I know it was anyone elses guide at the time I was trying to. Whenever people Pmed me to take the guide down, I did right then and there.

Please consider unbanning me. You can even PM Alteranz for proof on this, because I had a chat with him and he understood that it was a mistake on my part as well.

I don't know if I believe you didn't know it was leaked. Usually, it's a perm. Guide section ban + a 1 month ban for ripping (Which is essentially, plagiarism.)

So, at MOST it would probably be a 1 month ban for plagiarism/selling stuff that isn't yours.

Any other opinions?
