I told him 10 mins to begin with. But, now that he said its a hacked paypal I will no longer deal with him. Payment refunded.

I think he is a scammer because he admitted to using a hacked paypal.

I think it really is a hacked paypal because the email in his sig is different than the one he paid me with and his MSN email:
