Skilliau's dispute

Skilliau asked me to open this on his behalf, he write this all by himself and sent it to me via MSN

Believe it all you want, but this is true. "A true story" as you may call it. I did NOT hack/scam Emilie's account. It was my brother. He used my paypal to frame me. He confessed himself. I have refunded Emilie the $2.50 as she opened a dispute about it and I don't like anything bad on my PP account. After I saw Emilie's report about me, I quickly posted on my thread that my brother went on my Sythe account & Msn account and said all that junk about the pins. I am now currently refunding Login and hopefully I will be able to get an account if I sell my level 92 to make up for what my brother did.
Please read this and make sure that nothing like this will ever happen and I will not have to open a dispute about this EVER again.

I am on skilliau's side as he is very trustworthy, and he repayed emilie and is repaying login and i was with login AND skilliau in the MSN convo when he payed some of it back he is currently raising the money to pay the rest to login.

Saying that she would like skilliau unbanned and that she's been repayed.

 

I would recomend an unban with a TWC and prehaps a market ban, but I'll leave this for a second opinion.

 

Sorry but we've never accepted the sibling story.
