    Hi Staff,

    I bought a runescape account two days ago and the ex-owner has taken his password back and has chaanged the password. His account name is Jaffauoma.

    Tell him i didnt make a claim against him on paypal and it is now cancelled.

    Can i have my money back or account back?

    You'll have to contact Paypal or the person scammed you. If you do have proof you can post in report a scammer to get him banned.
