Reporting scammer

I am reporting a scammer who sold me an account and then recovered it back a couple of days later.

I do not have msn chat logs as the trade went through so I did not see a need for them, however I do have the following proof.

We can't do much about recovered accounts anyway, unless you can prove that it was recovered, which you haven't done.
