Disputing my Ban.

I have been banned for Plaugerism, I am not sure whether this is the reason but I had asked for an avatar picture to be done for me, and it included a url to be taken off, Idk, many people's avatar come from websites and I dont see why Sythe doesn't do anything about it. Please do something about this
