Buying Visa/Mastercard EMPTY Giftcard.

I'm looking to buy and empty giftcard/credit card to verify my paypal acocunt with. I have over 50$ on it and I'm unable to spend it, so I would be willing to pay for the card. I am willing to just get the card info via msn. I will have to go second, so I will send you a paypal gift/payment after. The card does not have to be empty, however it would be nice if it was not.
