I did, but as I am pretty much brand new to this site, and feel like a complete retard for trusting this bitch, I don't exactly know how to get him banned, so the best I can do atm is warn people.

At the bottom click report a scammer, and post evidence there

Report him. He won't pay up, he's obviously a scammer. Get him banned and prevent him from scamming others.
