Banned for spamming?

Dear Sythe.org Mods/Admins,

I have been banned for spamming asking for Draucia's Windows Live Messenger ID, I have written in it, that this should not be considered spam, and if you'd like, remove the post count that i had gained by making the thread, after someone posts his email. I had no intend to cause any trouble, but rather to get help from a moderator. If you could dispute this, i would thank you so much.

Note- Isn't it 3 spam infractions until ban? I only had 2 total with this, sorry if this is a mistake.
