Need help

hey guys i would like to know how to setup a paypal account
i have always gotten offers i would have taken but never had an account to do so.
so how do i make 1 and not have to verify with a bank? i live in the usa.

 

Just make a Canadian Premier PayPal account with fake address. That's what I did. If you want, you can verify it with a credit card or whatever. Verifying will eliminate the sending limit.

well you just make an account and then you can recieve money but you have to verify it to send some money.

 

Register for Paypal and make it a Canadian account, just look up canadian real-estate of recently sold homes and just use one of those addresses, you'll still have a 3k limit until you get verified.
