Shoutbox.

I propose that we put a "Shoutbox" within the forums.
Just a place where people can talk about anything and everything without actually posting.
Of course you would have to be registered to use this feature, but I have always found it a struggle to talk to people when you must keep refreshing pages to determine whether or not someone has replied to your thread post(spam, w.e)
Just have it so that they chat can be accessible from the top of the site, and then have a certain link leading to just the shoutbox itself.
I just thought it would just get the community speaking with each other more.

Probably because of all the spam, advertisements, etc...
