Spamming Infraction

Dear Sythe Moderators,

I have been given an infraction today (27 May 2010) on the following thread:

Let me explain what happened;
Today 'jtagtagger' made a Free Services Thread. The issue that i had with this thread is that 'jtagtagger' copy-pasted my lay-out of my Free Services shop (Link : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=833035).

I posted a message along the following lines to him:
"You freakin' used my lay-out! Is it so hard to make one yourself!?".

As a result i got a Personal Message from 'jtagtagger' (got proof of that, but will not place it here, i could send it to you moderators on request'.

Anyway, he changed his lay-out and i've even given him some tips & tricks on how to create a nice lay-out himself.

Now this is where the tricky part comes that got me this infraction. 'Jtagtagger' asked me if i could change the post i had posted (Because it's negative publicity for him, i would understand that). So i changed it to 'Goodluck' (I didn't wanted to order something, so what was i supposed to anser then?).

I would still like to apologize for this and i hope that the infraction can be taken away.
