Ok i'm trying to sell my lvl 33 with 74 agility and monkey madness done, the kicker is i have done monkey madness, with 1 defence/prayer. i could even technically do it with no combat stats, but i personally need 30+ hp.

note - i DONT do STAT requirements, i might do grand tree/tree gnome village for you, but it'll cost more(not too much). and i do the puzzle myself so no need to worry about the like 300k. also, you MUST have the required items, and sufficient cash for supplies. i'll deal with bank pins, as long as you're on to withdraw stuff and don't care about the inconvenience.
