    Paypal question.

I've got paypal just since 2 days.
and i've got ''kinda of locked''
they say they think of something illegal happening or something so i can't transfer money.
already sent them message that all virtual goods got to customer.
how can i get it ''unlocked''?

    Paypal question.

Well I keep going through the same process, make an account + it gets limited to i've started searching for alternatives.

I can't really help you but you can get it "unlimited" by giving them the information that they request.

    Paypal question.

Is this your first PayPal account? If not, it's because you've had other accounts that have gotten limited.

If that's the case, it's something you just have to deal with. Basically they'll randomly check IPs, mostly during disputes though.

    Paypal question.

If you just make a paypal and within the first week do tons of transactions, they'll lock/limit it for a while. Call them up. Paypal sucks!

    Paypal question.

My guess would be that you are a ban evader, and have used paypal previously and closed those accounts. Paypal most likely linked the other accounts with fraudulent activity to the IP that you used with your new one, and have closed it as such.
