proof of purchase can be a cdkey of a game that you activated on the account or the message that steam sends you that represents your reciept when you buy a game..

 

he probs joined sythe with the acc owner name to look real???? 700 games lol!

ebay doesn't allow steam sales, good luck tho

 

Black out the communityID in the pic, and half/some of the steamid.
