    Building a Computer

I'm interested in building a computer because I'm tired of buying them in-stores and would like to make pretty good gaming rig. Money situatuion i'm looking to spend anywhere from 800--2000 dollars. I'm looking for something that will run games like crysis, World of warcraft, All points bulletin, and other demanding games beautifully.(demanding such as demanding good specs to play well.) All in All i'm looking for the best preformance I can get with my cash situation. I will be building this rig over the summer.

    Things to keep in mind:

    New to building computers,
Have no skill in building computers,
doing this for future experience and in need of a good rig,
    800-2000 dollar budget.

    What I'm looking for?

    Recommendations,
    Tips on constructing computers,
    anything that may help.

seeing as that you're new to building computers, you should find a few old ones and just fuck around with them till your comfortable and know your way around a mobo. nothing worse than spending 2k on something you know little about. if you're looking for a small challenge, but with some sort of structure, try picking up a barebones kit from CompUSA or TigerDirect. then purchase the parts individually to suit your needs

Computers aren't hard to build, so don't get yourself too wound up.

The little connector with 6 holes goes in the "slot" with 6 holes, its really that easy.

Its like the square doesn't fit in the circle type of thing.

If you use google there is over 1 million pictures too help you and many, many installation instructions all across the internet.

Building your own pc can save you 100 - 1000+.

My 1st suggestion for you is to take apart an old pc and look at the inside of it, you'll see there really isn't very much to them at all.

Go to this site. Sign up on their forums. And ask what parts you should buy. Be sure to state your budget, what you're gonna do with it, etc. You'll have a better luck on finding answers there and here.

    Good luck.

Good luck with finding and building the perfect desktop.
