Upgrading Red PartyHat to White/Blue PartyHat [Paypal/Mail]

Hi my name is Eric, I am new to this site, a friend told me about it and told me I could illegally trade for a blue party hat here. I will be trading red party hat + RSGP to equal the trade price + USD through Paypal or Mail. I came solely to do THIS trade and have never considered Real world trading before today, my future here will depend on the outcome of this trade, if all goes well I could see myself sticking around and conducting a few more trades.

We can discuss how much I need to pay you in USD for the trade after you have posted here and added my msn. I will not be accepting anyone who does not post here before adding me, feel free to offer in your post as well as I do not like to add many people that I do not know to my MSN that way I can pick out the best deal.

Since this is my first trade I have no intention of going first to anybody, I know im new but if you do not feel you can trade safely with me then stop here and leave this thread, if you intend to scam me please leave now aswell because im not going to get scammed. Im not familiar with how to conduct a safe trade on here but im going to require some personal information incase somebody attempts to scam me and im going to be most secure with my trade due to not knowing who here is trusted and what not.

since. you said is you 1st time and want to do a safe , ask for friend for tips, and aslo if u doing more $30 use a mm if u doing large amout use an OMM, ( make sure is OMM and not some "fake OMM " i kind of new also, and ppl tried it on me. so be carefull. . here are some tips, which i leant.
1. ask them to post here.
2.if u are use MM ask them to send a message you u in sythe then check that message profile.
3. same with OMM ask them to send a mail aslo. this way u can tell if u got the right OMM and not someone with same name. a guys used {N}ick but had a hatmail.com >.<" , .

try to be safe. hope u trade goes well.
