    Have decided to open a Caping business

    Requirements:
    Pures:
    1 Def- 70+ Range 44+ Prayer- 25$, gear will be 4-6M
    20 Def- 65+ Range 44+ Prayer- 20$, gear will be 3-5M
    40 Def- 65+ Range 44+ Prayer- 15$, gear will be 2-4M
    45- Same as 40 def
    70- 61+ Range 44+ Prayer- 15$, gear will be 3-6M-10$

    Any more levels, stats can be negosiated.
