I don't have a credit card to verify my paypal account and I don't have cash irl to go out and buy a pre-paid visa gift card or something so I thought...hmm.. couldn't I just buy a gift card from someone? I was thinking someone would give me a giftcard with atleast 3$ and I will link it to my account and then pay them back since I can send money now.

Any thoughts on this?

 

I'm not trying to spam here but I was thinking of doing the same thing because I read about pre-paid Visa gift cards actually working for people who wanted to verify their Paypal accounts. I would just suggest you to save up money for the pre-paid card and get it yourself. Your chances of getting scammed for something like this on Sythe are pretty high.

 

Yeah I won't buy off sythe, but I don't see how you can get scammed though. Because the only way you can pay them is if they give you the gift card first and only once you link the account with that card then you can send them money for giving you the gift card.

Any more inputs on this, something im missing?
