Celbi scammed 10 dollars

Celbi scammed me and about 7 others out of 10 dollars.

proof of payment.
after about an hour he gathered us all up and said 'thanks for the ipod touch money' and logged out.
part of chat log, can provide more if needed.

I apologize for having only 3 posts. when i tried to recover via email, the email was not sent so i just made another.
