Main account hacked.

I need help with my runescape main account.

I had quit for about a year.
and when i tried to log on, it was hacked.
so i recovered it.
when i logged on it was a member.
so i canceled the subscription.
i changed the password and recovery questions.
but when i quit there was nothing about the e mail registration thing.
so the hacker registered his e mail to it.

the hacker keeps recovering it with the e mail code and the membership details.
and i recover it with the recovery questions, first passwords and the account creation details.

any help?..

There is nothing you can really do but once you recover change the email to yours....

How was it hacked?

 

youre in a very hard situation here... youre best bet would be to change the email to yours (have no idea how youre going to accomplish that) try getting your own payment info to use?

 

Contact jagex.

 

After it gets recovered enough they'll just lock it. Then you'll have to have creation details in order to unlock it.

 

I dont think its possible to change my email without knowing tha registered one.
Im not really sure how it got hacked.
How do I contact jagex?..

How did he hack it in the first place :s? You don't just "hack" peoples account randomly. You must have downloaded some kind of keylogger so I suggest to clean your computer first.

 

JuhoJ people can use crackers to hack peoples accounts(dont think its possible now but, maybe). Also I believe theres a guide in the free guides section explaining how to remove the email.

I read that guide.
It doesnt work anymore.
You need to know the e mail.
Or else any hacker could remove a registered e mail by just knowing ure password.

 

All "crackers" are simply keyloggers and such in disguise.
