    Makarov aka wtf pureage
    So I am not sure what "Wtf pureage" was banned for, all I know is that this Makarov guy is running around using the same paypal email as him which violates the rule of multiple accounts, and possibly he is trying to scam.


    But who would I be to judge if I didnt post proof? Here is what a good search brought up :)
