Its fake, ill tell you why:

I talked to Mrcool or what ever his name is for about 2 hous, about runescape classic (wich i can still play), he told me some bullcrap about he getting 81 crackers, i asked him to show his party hat but he refused, wich i found wierd, after he got 99 hunting he told people to go pest control, i didnt come cause i was poor atm and didnt had any armour, he was gaging about what armour he should buy so i said bandos/dragon or w/e rich armour, he refused and said it sucks, he also added me ( i removed him) but after like 5 mins he came out with a d scim, rune defender, torso, rune legs and rune boots.. he didnt had any money to buy a gear, so he fails.

 

So much discussion going on.
Get some proof, people that say it's real. You can't just say "It's real, 'cuz I talked to him."
Until that, I'll stick with this being one heck of a famous edited picture.

 

Its not real.. you cannot trade over 2b in items/cash/items and cash

He would only be able to trade like 3, Besides no-one wants a cracker so even if he had 81 crackers(which he doesnt) he wouldnt be able to do anything with them.

The richest guy in the game has like 20b i beleive cant remember his name
