Buying early merch item!! [PP or W/U]

ok, to a mod if this isn't the right thread, i'm soz and please move.

i'm looking for someone in the leadership of a merchanting clan to sell me the name of a early item.

as the price is subjective, i guess we'll have to negotiate, i would prefer to use w/ u but can pay via pay pal.

of course there must be some kind of evidence that the tip is real e.g. you're very trusted etc and i'm looking for a long- term supplier so yeah, easy RL money for someone here.
